Уопштено, Zammad би требало да буде самообјашњив. Међутим, постоје функције које нису очигледне на први поглед. Ове функције су описане у овој документацији као и нека општа објашњења и савети.

This documentation is divided into different sections. Currently you are on the landing page of the user documentation. Use the left sidebar to navigate to the desired section or use the search in the header or activate it by using its keyboard shortcut ctrl k.

TIP

This user documentation is embedded in a comprehensive documentation of Zammad. To make sure users are not overwhelmed by technical content, the search is limited to this section and the navigation sidebar only shows the structure inside the section. To see the whole documentation structure and/or to search in the whole documentation, simply switch to a page outside of the user documentation section (e.g. by clicking on the Zammad Hub in the top left corner).
