Use Zammad

Welcome to the user documentation of Zammad. Here you can learn how to use Zammad to collaborate with your colleagues even better!

In general, Zammad should be pretty self explanatory. However, there are features that are not obvious at first glance. These features are described in this documentation as well as some general explanations and tips.

This documentation is divided into different sections. Currently you are on the landing page of the user documentation. Use the left sidebar to navigate to the desired section or use the search in the header or activate it by using its keyboard shortcut ctrl k.

TIP

This user documentation is embedded in a comprehensive documentation of Zammad. To make sure users are not overwhelmed by technical content, the search is limited to this section and the navigation sidebar only shows the structure inside the section. To see the whole documentation structure and/or to search in the whole documentation, simply switch to a page outside of the user documentation section (e.g. by clicking on the Zammad Hub in the top left corner).
